Anyone care for Kefir?
If you're an Archers fan you'll know what I mean. If not, it's a yogurt like milk drink that's full of good probiotics that are good for your guts.
You make it by leaving Kefir grains (they look like tiny cauliflowers) in whole milk for 24 to 36 hours. The live bacteria turn the milk into Kefir and the grains multiply. Strain the Kefir through a plastic sieve, and start again. Ucenter Dress princess ball styled gown of wedding...
I've got excess grains to give away if anyone is interested. There's lots of info online about how to care for the grains. I use Kefir in smoothies and to soak overnight oats.See More
